Nationwide Shipping Policy

1. Order Dispatch Timeframes

All in-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) from Monday to Saturday are dispatched the same day from our Karachi hub. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays/Public Holidays are processed on the subsequent working day.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

• Karachi: 1 to 2 business days.
• Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta): 2 to 3 business days.
• Other Cities & Remote Towns: 3 to 5 business days.

3. Courier Partners & Tracking

Al-Aziz Tech Zone exclusively dispatches parcels via premier courier partners—TCS, Leopards, and Trax. Once your package leaves our fulfillment facility, a live tracking code is communicated to you via SMS and email.

4. Shipping Rates

A flat delivery charge of Rs. 250 applies nationwide. Free delivery is automatically credited on orders of Rs. 5,000 or above.

5. Parcel Inspection upon Receipt

Please ensure that the outer courier flyer and tamper-evident security tape are intact before accepting delivery. In the unlikely event of physical flyer damage or tampering, do not accept the package and notify Al-Aziz Tech Zone customer care immediately.
